- 1 cup real mayonnaise
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 small jars marinated artichoke hearts (drained & chopped)
- 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies, drained
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 Tbl. sliced green onions
- 2 Tbl. chopped tomato
Instructions:
- Mix all the ingredients together, except for the onions and tomatoes
- Spoon into 9″ pie plate
- Bake 20- 25 minutes or until lightly browned
- Sprinkle with onions and tomatoes
