NOTES:
- I use 2 large cans of chicken in water from Costco.
 - Kroger’s Mild Buffalo wing sauce. It is perfect for me but use what you like.
 - At first, I used the typical Hidden Valley Ranch bottled dressing. But over the years I started making my own using the Hidden Valley Ranch Powdered Mix. You just add milk and mayonnaise. I love how thick and creamy the dressing comes out.
 - Serve with celery, carrots, baguette slices (toasted if you want), naan bread, or tortilla chips.
 
INGREDIENTS:
This is a modified version of Frank’s Buffalo Chicken Dip.
- 2 large cups of shredded chicken
 - 1 – 8oz cream cheese, softened
 - 1/2 cup of ranch dressing
 - 1/2 cup of wing sauce (
 - 1 1/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (Divide 1 cup and 1/4 cup)
 
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
 - Mix all ingredients together, except for the 1/4 cup of cheese that was set aside
 - Put in shallow dish like a pie/quiche plate
 - Take the 1/4 cup of cheese and sprinkle on top
 - Bake for 20 minutes or under all ingredients are heated through
 - Broil about 3 -5 minutes till top is browned
