Cheesy Potato Casserole
This is a grat side dish and everyone loves it. You can serve it with any meal. When I was a cook for a fraternity this was a huge hit.
- 2 lbs. Frozen hash browns (I use the diced potatos)
- 2 cups Sour Cream
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1.5 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese (Divide up 1 cup for to mix and 1/2 cup to top)

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together

Put into greased 9×13 dish

Top with remaining cheese

Bake at 350 degres for 45 – 60 mins

If you like it a bit cripsy, put it inder the broil for a few minutes
