Cheesy Potato Casserole

This is a grat side dish and everyone loves it. You can serve it with any meal. When I was a cook for a fraternity this was a huge hit.

  • 2 lbs. Frozen hash browns (I use the diced potatos)
  • 2 cups Sour Cream
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1.5 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese (Divide up 1 cup for to mix and 1/2 cup to top)
  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together

  2. Put into greased 9×13 dish

  3. Top with remaining cheese

  4. Bake at 350 degres for 45 – 60 mins

  5. If you like it a bit cripsy, put it inder the broil for a few minutes
