• 1 cup real mayonnaise
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 small jars marinated artichoke hearts (drained & chopped)
  • 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies, drained
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 Tbl. sliced green onions
  • 2 Tbl. chopped tomato

Instructions:

  • Mix all the ingredients together, except for the onions and tomatoes
  • Spoon into 9″ pie plate
  • Bake 20- 25 minutes or until lightly browned
  • Sprinkle with onions and tomatoes
