INGREDIENTS:

1 1.2 lbs of ground beef

3 medium slices of soft bread, town in pieces

1 cup of milk

1 egg beaten

1/4 tsp each of pepper, dry mustard, celery salt, & garlic salt

1/4 cup minced onion

1 1/4 tsp salt

1 Tbl Worcestershire sauce

3 Tbl ketchup or desired amount – only for the top of the meatloaf

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.   Mix all ingredients together

2.   Shape into a loaf in a shallow baking pan

3.   Put 3 Tbl ketchup on top

4.   Bake 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until done
