This is a modified version of Frank’s Buffalo Chicken Dip.  I don’t like food that has too much heat.  So I decided to modify it.  Thank you Dolly Seckman for introducing this yummy appetizer to my life.

  • 2 large cups of shredded chicken (I use 2 large cans of chicken in water)
  • 1 8oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup of ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup of mild wing dressing (use whatever variety you like)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (Divide 3/4 cup and 1/4 cup)



  • Preheat over to 350 degrees
  • Mix all ingredients together, except for the 1/4 cup of cheese that was set aside
  • Put in shallow dish like a pie/quiche plate
  • Take the 1/4 cup of cheese and sprinkle on top
  • Bake for 20 minutes or under all ingredients are heated through
  • Broil about 3 -5 minutes till top is browned
  • Suggested serving ideas: sourdough bread, crackers and veggies
