NOTES:

  • I use 2 large cans of chicken in water from Costco.
  • Kroger’s Mild Buffalo wing sauce. It is perfect for me but use what you like.
  • At first, I used the typical Hidden Valley Ranch bottled dressing. But over the years I started making my own using the Hidden Valley Ranch Powdered Mix. You just add milk and mayonnaise. I love how thick and creamy the dressing comes out.
  • Serve with celery, carrots, baguette slices (toasted if you want), naan bread, or tortilla chips.

INGREDIENTS:

This is a modified version of Frank’s Buffalo Chicken Dip

  • 2 large cups of shredded chicken
  • 1 – 8oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup of ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup of wing sauce (
  • 1 1/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (Divide 1 cup and 1/4 cup)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix all ingredients together, except for the 1/4 cup of cheese that was set aside
  • Put in shallow dish like a pie/quiche plate
  • Take the 1/4 cup of cheese and sprinkle on top
  • Bake for 20 minutes or under all ingredients are heated through
  • Broil about 3 -5 minutes till top is browned
